INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (G.D.P.R. [General Data Protection Regulation]) regarding the protection of personal data, your personal information shall be processed by Tailor Spec S.r.l. in a fair, lawful and transparent way, and your privacy and rights shall be protected. The following information relates to this.

PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING DATA
The processing of your personal data, which is collected when you sign up to a website linked exclusively to the domain https://www.1stpat-rn.it or when you make purchases online via our websites, shall be carried out for the purposes listed below.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data related to each purpose is specified next to each of them. When consent is specified as the legal basis for processing data, it is understood that the data shall be processed by the Data Controller for these purposes only after obtaining your consent (as the “Data Subject”). Legally speaking, the performance of the contract does not require consent. The Data Controller may process personal data provided in accordance with contractual obligations (e.g. to provide a service or sell a product). Lastly, the legitimate interests specified are relevant where:

a) the Data Subject has already expressed an interest in the product sector in question through the purchase of certain products or services, and the Data Controller has a specific and justified interest in continuing to send him/her information relating to services or goods similar to those purchased;

b) the Data Controller has an interest in processing the browsing data of the Data Subject to enable him/her to visit web pages. Your personal data shall be processed for the following purposes:
1. managing the website registration process and filling out data-collection forms available on the websites to request information, create reports and contact the Data Controller (Legal basis for processing: Performance of the contract);

Data related to your purchases will be used to improve commercial offers and to ensure that product promotions and commercial offers are well suited to your profile and needs. 5. sending promotional messages about goods or services similar to those that you have already purchased to the email address you provided when purchasing a product or service from one of our websites, unless you object;
6. to enable you to browse the websites (Legal basis for processing: legitimate interest).

OPTIONAL OR OBLIGATORY PROVISION OF DATA AND CONSEQUENCES OF FAILURE TO PROVIDE IT
For all purposes, providing personal data is optional. However, it must be provided if users wish to sign up to the websites and make purchases. Fields marked with an asterisk must be filled out and failure to do so will prevent you from completing the registration procedure. On the other hand, you are not required to provide information in fields that are not marked with an asterisk. While this data may be useful in facilitating your relationship with us, providing it is optional and failure to do so will not affect the completion of the procedure.

RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENT OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data being processed for the purposes mentioned above may be shared with:
– those within the organisation of the Data Controller who need it to carry out their tasks. These people are authorised to process data under the direct authority of the Data Controller, in accordance with article 4 no. 10 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (henceforth referred to as “appointees”);
– those whose work is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are party, or to fulfil specific requests (e.g. Carriers, suppliers of goods and services and sub-suppliers from both Italy and abroad within the European Union, companies and institutions in the banking, credit and insurance sectors, factoring companies, financial intermediaries, companies providing commercial information and mail-delivery companies);
– third parties to whom the Data Controller may outsource certain activities and who consequently provide the undersigned with certain ancillary services related to the processing of data and purposes detailed above, such as, for example, administrative, accounting, tax, auditing, information system management, debt collection, mass storage and call centre services. In accordance with art. 28 of the GDPR, these third parties process data on behalf of the Data Controller and are authorised to do so as Data Processors.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD
The Data Controller will retain registration data and accounting data relating to purchases for 10 years after it is last used. For marketing and profiling purposes, purchase data will be stored for 24 months.

YOUR RIGHTS
In accordance with articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679, you may exercise, at any time, your right to:
a) request confirmation of the existence or otherwise of your personal data;
b) obtain information regarding the purposes of processing, personal data categories, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom personal data has been or will be sent, storage periods and data retention policies;
c) have your data amended or deleted;
d) restrict processing of your data;
e) data portability, i.e. receiving data from a data controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and sending it to another data controller without hindrance;
f) object to the processing of your personal data at any time (art. 21). You may object to your data being processed for the purposes referred to in point c.5 (so-called soft spam) by accessing your “Reserved Area” or by following the link within each email sent by Tailor Spec S.r.l. This will make it impossible for the Data Controller to send you messages aimed at promoting the direct sale of products or services similar to those you purchased before (so-called soft spamming).
g) object to automated decision-making processes, including profiling (art.22);
h) withdraw consent at any time without prejudice to lawful data processing based on consent provided prior to revocation;
i) file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (art.77) if you are of the opinion that the processing of data is contrary to legislation in force.

COOKIES POLICY

Safari
• Removing cookies:
• 1. Click on the Safari menu.
• 2. Select Preferences.
• 3. Click Privacy.
• 4. Click Show cookies.
• 5. Click Remove all.
• 6. Click Done to close the cookie list.
• 7. Close the “Preferences” window.
• Managing cookies:
