We asked ourselves how to redesign the concept of the elegant work trousers from scratch—the kind that could be worn by a sculptor, an architect working on-site, or a carpenter. We needed to break away from the cliché of American workwear and instead draw inspiration from the traditions of our own territory and the European workwear derived from military inspirations.

The TIPO 3 trousers reintroduces our exclusive cotton-hemp fabric, which we’ve named non-denim due to its “reactive” yarn-dyeing process—meaning it doesn’t fade, while preserving all the character of traditional denim.

It is distinguished by peculiar details: take a look of the buttoned-up belt loops at the side.

This makes it a special product, one that can also be part of a suit when paired with the TIPO 1 work blazer or TIPO 2 work jacket.

The jacket also features new Galalite buttons, a precious material that has been carefully made in Italy.
