The TIPO 9 shirt evolves from the design of a military shirt, reinterpreted through careful work on the collar and pocket details,  elements we combined with the line of the classic grandpa shirt from our archive.

The result is a shirt with a comfortable fit and a length designed to be worn both tucked in or out.

Produced in a high-quality Japanese fabric, known in Italy since the 1980s as “pelle d’uovo” (literally “eggshell”), a term used to describe a smooth, refined surface reminiscent of the inside of an eggshell.

This fabric offers a remarkable hand feel: smooth, clean, with a subtle crispness that provides structure without stiffness.

It is part of our ongoing research into distinctive textiles: materials that only a few are willing to develop and propose. We are pleased to be able to offer it to you.

Galalith buttons and precise construction remain essential to the integrity of this garment.
